Positioned for an encore just a quarter later, Higgins kept the Eagles guessing, this time using a crossing route from a similar alignment, leaving him free for a go-ahead four-yard score. Sept. 27, 2020’s game awkwardly ended in a 23-23 tie, but Higgins — threatening 1,000 yards in Year One — nonetheless planted seeds for future seasons, turning in a five-catch, 40-yard, two-touchdown effort.
