Stroud and the Texans offense only needed one play to find the end zone, dialing up a deep ball that took the top off the Bills defense. Dropping back to pass, Stroud faked the pitch, scanned the field, and then heaved a perfectly-placed launch down the center of the field that hit his man in stride for a 67-yard score, extending the early Houston lead to 11 points. Going toe-to-toe against another of the NFL's top passers, Stroud threw for 331 yards and one touchdown in this one, adding another 27 yards on the ground, as Houston beat Buffalo, 23-20, on Oct. 6, 2024.
