Determined to, as he called it, “be the light” for a Cowboys team in need of a boost, Micah Parsons attacked the task in the best way he could: by hovering over the Eagles’ offense like a dark cloud. Back as if he never left, the two-time All-Pro worked to keep the scoreboards unlit, traveling across the field’s formation in a successful pursuit of Philadelphia’s superstar quarterback for a drive-ending sack. One drive later, Dallas’ top-of-the-league pass rusher offered something even greater, using a smoothly-timed cut through the middle of the pocket before engulfing the Eagles’ signal caller again, this time for a strip-sack. Dallas couldn’t stop the Eagles’ flight in a 34-6 loss on Nov. 10, 2024, but Parsons looked the part of a game-wrecker nonetheless, tallying two tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble, and four pressures.
