With the Chicago Bears trailing by a touchdown in the first quarter of their Week 5 matchup with the Carolina Panthers, rookie quarterback Caleb Williams and star receiver DJ Moore hooked up for what would be the team's longest play through the air on the day. Williams dropped back to pass off play action, found Moore wide open as he streaked across the field, and fired the ball his way. Moore made the catch, somehow managing to stay in bounds as he turned up the field, and galloped towards the end zone for the 34-yard touchdown. The score started a scoring streak that would see Chicago hang 30 unanswered points on the board, as they went on to beat Carolina, 36-10, on Oct. 6, 2024, to move to 3-2 on the young season.
