The Saints and Chiefs were tied at 20 with several minutes remaining in the fourth quarter of this back-and-forth 2004 matchup when star New Orleans receiver Joe Horn decided it was time to take the lead back for good. Off play action, Horn made his way down the seam, and when the ball was lofted his way, he made a great over-the-shoulder grab in traffic before tumbling into the end zone for the score. The 42-yard strike came as part of a five-catch, 167-yard performance for Horn, and the Saints would hold on, winning this one 27-20 over Kansas City on Nov. 14, 2004.
