With the game tied up at 13 early in overtime, Washington quarterback Gus Frerotte dropped back to pass, evaded one would-be tackler in the backfield, and then uncorked the ball downfield towards his receiver, who twisted his body while leaping towards the goal line to haul the ball in for the game-winning score. Frerotte threw for 265 yards and two touchdowns in this one, as Washington beat the Cardinals, 19-13, on Sept. 14, 1997.
