On an afternoon that featured classic January weather in Foxboro, standout Patriots safety Rodney Harrison put together a remarkable performance with his team one win away from a Super Bowl appearance. It started with an interception in the end zone that halted a promising Indianapolis drive, and then later, as the weather took a turn for the worse, he knocked the ball free from a Colts receiver to force a crucial fumble that was recovered by a teammate for the turnover. All told, Harrison had ten tackles, an interception, and a forced fumble, helping the Patriots to a 24-14 win over Indianapolis on Jan. 18, 2004, to book a trip to the Super Bowl.
