Playing in a postseason game for the first time with the Kansas City Chiefs, Joe Montana proved that, at 37 years old, he could still sling the rock better than anyone when it mattered most. The Chiefs were down seven late in the fourth quarter, but Montana, as he had done so many times prior, dropped back to pass, scanned the field, and then fired a perfect ball to the end zone, which was caught by his receiver for the game-tying score. Montana threw for 276 yards and one score in the game, and the Chiefs would go on to win this Wild Card Round matchup against the Steelers in overtime, 27-24, on Jan. 8, 1994.
