Nearly successful in retrieving Los Angeles’ revered passer on the previous play, Crosby, now aware of the recipe, cooked up a pursuit from the inside, discarding a pair of could-be blockers before capturing a sack, alongside a 10-yard loss. The two-time All-Pro defender, even in Las Vegas’ 20-15 loss, was superb, tracking three tackles (one for a loss) and a sack in Week 7’s tightly-contested clash.
